Pinnacle Limousines Mfg, Inc. (Pinnacle) warrants to the original buyer or transferee of each vehicle manufactured that all parts (except electronics, which are warranted by their manufacturer) installed by Pinnacle; will be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use.

In the event of a warranty claim, Pinnacle reserves the right at its discretion to replace or repair the defective part. The vehicle owner is required to contact Pinnacle within 48 hours of discovery of a possible warranty claim to determine if such is covered under warranty. Arrangements can be made to determine when and where the vehicle will be repaired. Failure to report a possible warranty claim that results in aggravation of problem can and will void the warranty of such part at Pinnacle's discretion. It is the sole decision of Pinnacle to determine if the vehicle will be repaired at its City of Industry location or at another authorized agent. Any revenue lost, additional costs, or other incidental charges will not be covered by Pinnacle.

All work performed by Pinnacle is at the owners request and is made to their specifications. Furthermore, it is the purchaser's responsibility to inform Pinnacle in writing of any modifications they require for their local municipality's inspection laws. Every state, county, city, town has constantly changing requirements and Pinnacle must be informed in writing prior to work beginning on conversion to meet those requirements.

Chassis, Frame and Paint  ______

Pinnacle warrants to the original owner or transferee that the chassis and frame of the limousine part of their vehicles will be free of defects under normal use and care for a period of 3 years or 50,000 miles (whichever comes first). This shall include but not be limited to bending, sagging, cracking or breaking for the section added on to stretch the limousine. Also, it is not only common but normal for the original section of the vehicles to settle a bit with time. These sections can not normally be reinforced because they would require building the original donor vehicle from the ground up. If this causes any cosmetic changes in the vehicle it must also be reported to Pinnacle immediately to be handled. It is a minor repair if handled promptly, but if allowed for time without attention it may aggrevate other parts of the vehicle. Suspension components are covered for one year or to the extent of the manufacturer.

Pinnacle also warrants to the original buyer only that the custom paint on the vehicle will be free, under normal use and care from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the initial date of purchase.

Interior/Upholstery   _______

Pinnacle warranties for one year all installation and craftsmanship associated with its conversions, from date of delivery. Normal wear and tear or accidental /intentional damage will not be covered under warranty. Any after-market components will be covered by that particular manufacturer's warranty and precedes any warranty from Pinnacle.

Electronic Components and Electrical  _______

Pinnacle forwards all warranties given by their manufacturers for electronic components that are installed as part of their conversion to the original owner or transferee. These include but are not limited to Alternators, Control Units, TV's, LCD Screens, Stereo Systems, DVD Players, VCR Tuners, Video Game Units, and Light sources. To the degree of installation and workmanship, Pinnacle warranties all for 1 year unlimited mileage.

Pinnacle warrants all electrical installation for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. Any alterations to the electrical system by any outside party other than Pinnacle or an authorized agent will void the electrical warranty. Pinnacle shall have no liability to either the original purchaser or their transferee for any defects or damage caused by the use of parts or service which is not authorized by Pinnacle or any parts and material which have been subject to misuse, negligence or accidents.

This warranty covers only parts, custom fabrications, equipment and labor added by Pinnacle and specifically do not cover any items warranted by the manufacturer of the chassis. The original manufacturer has the discretion of accepting a modified vehicle for warranty work.

Nothing contained herein may modify, limit or disclaim any implied warranties that are guaranteed under any applicable state or federal law.
